TELECOMMUNICTIONS
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
At the heart of every successful telecom deployment lies a meticulously executed site implementation process. Our team brings precision, technical rigor, and field-tested expertise to every stage of development from ground preparation to final commissioning.
Survey & Site Preparation
We begin by defining the site boundaries through detailed surveying, ensuring alignment with project specifications and local regulations. Excavation is carried out to the exact depth recommended in the geotechnical soil report, laying the foundation for structural integrity.
Foundation & Structural Works
Tower foundations and support columns are constructed using high-grade materials and industry-standard techniques. A dedicated curing phase follows to ensure long-term durability and load-bearing performance.
SITE ACQUISITION
Site acquisition is the cornerstone of successful telecom infrastructure deployment. Our team ensures that every location is strategically selected, technically validated, and contractually secured laying the groundwork for seamless implementation.
Process Overview
• RF Coordinate Submission We begin by submitting five preliminary RF coordinate options near the approved target, including both RF and Ground Floor (G.F.) alternatives to ensure optimal coverage and feasibility.
• SSR Report Preparation A Site Survey Report (SSR) is compiled, detailing terrain conditions, accessibility, proximity to utilities, and compliance with RF planning. This report is submitted for client and regulatory approval.
• Landowner Coordination Once the site is approved, we engage with the landowner to finalize lease agreements, ensuring legal clarity and long-term access.
• Site Takeover Upon contract signing, the site is officially handed over for engineering design and implementation.
PROJECT DESIGN
FINAL DETAILED ENGINEERING DESIGN (FDED)
Our engineering team delivers comprehensive Final Detailed Engineering Design (FDED) packages tailored for telecom infrastructure projects. These designs serve as the blueprint for precise execution, ensuring compliance, safety, and operational efficiency across all site components
Scope of FDED Services
• Site Layout & Civil Works Precise drawings for tower placement, shelter positioning, cable routing, and access paths optimized for terrain and space utilization.
• Structural & Foundation Design Load calculations, reinforcement detailing, and foundation sizing based on soil reports and tower specifications.
• Electrical & Power Systems Schematics for grounding, power distribution, backup systems, and surge protection aligned with telecom standards.
• Telecom Equipment Integration Rack layouts, cable trays, antenna mounts, and indoor/outdoor equipment positioning for seamless installation.
• Security & Perimeter Planning Fencing, access control, and surveillance provisions integrated into the site plan.
CIVIL WORKS
Excavation Services
Our Excavation services dig trenches, deploy infrastructure components, site remediation, locate utilities, and respond to emergencies. we comply with regulations and permits for environmental protection and safety.
Foundation services
Our foundation services are responsible for designing and constructing sturdy foundations. This includes tower foundations, equipment shelter foundations, and utility pole foundations we also prepare the site, consider environmental factors, and ensure safety and compliance during the construction process.
Erection services
our Erection services are responsible for tower erection, rooftop antenna installation, line-of sight alignment, equipment shelter installation, tower upgrades and modifications, safety compliance, and quality assurance.
MANAGED SERVICES
Day-to-day Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of the entire network infrastructure. Multi-vendor support with supervision and monitoring through the Network Operations Center (NOC).
Corrective and preventive maintenance of the network. Equipment swaps and upgrades. Coverage includes both active telecom systems and passive infrastructure (Civil & Energy)
INSPECTION
After completion of all implementation works, the site is handed over to the operating company via preliminary handover (PAT), and final handover takes place after the installation of the communications systems
